With over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Jackie Wong is the longest-serving insurance agent at our agency. Jackie provides attentive and friendly service to clients requiring insurance coverage for homes, condos, travel, and motor vehicles. Jackie also speaks Cantonese.
Grace Catao
Grace is a long-standing owner of Habitat Insurance. Her focus is commercial/business insurance, and includes a significant portfolio of professional liability, stratas, and special risk clients. When Grace isn’t advising customers, assessing a risk, or preparing insurance submissions for underwriting review, she enjoys hiking local and international trails.
Jean Zhou
Turning around insurance quotes quickly and efficiently for our clients is Jean’s specialty. Together with her adept professional service, she puts together insurance packages that are well rounded and competitively priced. Jean focuses on arranging insurance for homes, cars, travel, and businesses. Jean is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Richard Batista
Our office manager is Richard, who has been with Habitat Insurance for over 10 years. He has a very good handle on ICBC/Autoplan insurance, as well as commercial, course of constructions, and non-standard risks. Richard is also a great person to speak to about special or difficult to insure risks.
