When renewing ICBC insurance online, customers will be able to renew their current coverage, update addresses as well as change the drivers listed on their policy and how they use their vehicle. Making changes to optional coverages (collision, comprehensive and liability for example) will not be available online and must be completed in person through a broker. Also certain types of insurance renewals are not yet available online. Leased vehicles, Jointly owned Vehicles, and Commercial Vehicles as well as Motorcycles are not going online in this initial phase.
