I first met Grace 4 years ago and asked her to help me with ICBC car insurance. To my delight, Grace got my info quickly and was able to deliver a license plate, stickers and she was kind enough to do it within a few hours.
A short time later I bought a home and again, Grace was able to guide me and to explain what was insured and in what circumstances. This was very useful as I live in a strata unit which has different insurance rules then apartment insurance. Two years ago I did not receive the renewal notice from the insurer and Grace contacted me by phone to let me know my insurance was going to expire…thankfully we were able to correct the situation that day thanks to her phone call.
I own an IT company (that is responsible for the marketing of this website). Three years ago I asked Grace to help me get business insurance because the two people I had previously asked came back with quotes over $10,000 which was too much for my small company. Grace was able to get me comprehensive business insurance for less then half what I was previously quoted despite that 50% of my clients are US based and Americans tend to be very litigious.

I run a 20-person IT consulting company, and one of the things we spend a lot of time doing is reaching out to our clients to insist they have the right systems and backup in place to protect their business, even if they may not feel that is necessary.
It can be a tough gig sometimes, convincing people to protect their information when they may not know why. Sort of like your dentist calling to make sure you're flossing daily.
